  • The 2026 Employment Law Update
     January 14, 2026
     7:30 am - 11:30 am

Year-after-year California creates a myriad of new employment laws – not to mention a copious number of cases and administrative decisions. And then there’s all the federal content. It’s enough to make anyone go numb! But don’t turn a deaf ear, because staying up-to-date on latest employment legislation for 2026, as well as the 2025 cases and administrative opinions, is critical for employer protection.

In this comprehensive program, LightGabler LLP attorney Jonathan Fraser Light will present the 2026 employment law update. Attendees will receive a detailed handout providing insights into at least 100 new laws, regulations and cases, along with practice tips for employers and human resource professionals.
